If something has gone wrong with one of your orders or open positions, you may contact your broker for Support. In the Help section you have a shortcut to the Support phone number.
The Customer Service representative will probably ask you for the order details, so have them at hand, we recommend you to find it and check your order details, in the "Orders" section. Look for it in the corresponding tab (Open Positions, Active Orders, Today's Fills, Rejected orders, Cancelled Orders), and click on the "Details" icon in the row of the order. There you will find the Order Info, iBroker ID, Order number, Status and the transactions log.
